While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates — including scheduling bulk orders around academic calendars — lead times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, such as fabric availability or logistics delays, and we will keep you informed of any changes.
5. Quality & Returns
Every garment passes through our in-house quality checkpoints before dispatch. If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy from the agreed specification, please contact us within a reasonable period of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution as appropriate. Custom-made and bulk institutional orders produced to specific measurements or branding are generally not eligible for return once accepted, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
